About Me
I have experience helping people with a wide range of life challenges – including working through grief and loss, healing from childhood trauma, addressing relationship struggles, and relieving anxiety and depression.
I have worked frequently with survivors of childhood sexual, emotional, and physical abuse; as well as with survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence.
I am queer-affirming, with lived experience. I aim to practice therapy as a tool for liberation, knowing that I do this imperfectly. I value the opportunity to offer a safe and welcoming space for people of color, queer folks, and trans people.
In my prior professional life, I was a classical violinist, and I’ve also worked as an activist in the labor and climate movements. I am still an active artist and practitioner of systems change, with a dedicated meditation practice.
