What is Circling?

Circling is a practice in which a group of people sit in a circle and verbalize what’s happening for them in the present moment. Some people describe it as interpersonal meditation. It sounds almost ridiculously simple – but Circling is an efficient, powerful, and beautiful way to tune into yourself and experience the beauty of human connection.

Please note, Circling is not psychotherapy.

How is the workshop structured?

Introduction to Circling is a four-week, closed-group workshop, capped at a maximum of seven participants. Each week will include:

  • guided meditations to connect to your body and inner world

  • learning the building blocks of Circling, step-by-step, in pairs and triads

  • the adventure and magic of full-group Circling

  • debriefs and individual feedback to help you take the benefits of Circling into your daily life

What can Circling do for me?

Circling regularly can have lots of amazing side benefits. Such as:

  • feeling more alive, honest, and completely yourself

  • embodying a new level of presence with your loved ones

  • deepening existing friendships, and making new ones
